EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Sorry friends for the very long delay. A couple shows are in the queue currently, and I'll try not to let it fall by the wayside again.

I am pleased to post the super-sized audio show number 2, The Guitar. Featuring a variety of influential artists in (mostly) chronological order, this episode explores the guitar's role in modern music and covers every decade from the 30s up to the present day. It clocks in at a meaty hour and 45 minutes so bring a snack. Before anybody comments, trying to condense the modern history of the guitar into a single show was, in hindsight, impossible. But I tried. As a result, many of the greats are missing, and I even had to trim out some GENRES. But I still think this is a terrific overview of how the guitar has evolved and settled in popular music.
